There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.
So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. I hope they indicate my experience and integrity, as well as make it clear how much I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.

"Eric and I wanted to write to say what a wonderful experience it was to work with Susan as our realtor. We had been looking for a couple of months before finding her and we were probably the pickiest clients she has had in awhile. A couple of other realtors showed us a house or two and then slide into the background.
Susan worked with us for a little over a year and never tired of showing us houses, always assuring us that the right one was out there for us. I became a house hunter by night and would email her requests, out of desperation, that were totally out of the requirements that we had and she never balked about it she just said, “Meet me and we’ll go look.” She helped us put together several offers and when they fell through she was still optimistic, saying it just wasn’t the right one. Many times through the year we became discouraged, she would wait a week or two then call saying let’s go see this new one…it may be the one. We traveled from one end of the county to the other, used lots of gas, printed lots of listings and looked at many houses. Little did we know that although we were looking for a new home….we were gaining a new friend, someone who genuinely “cared” about us and what our needs were.
Then finally we found “the one!” It took us several months to get it but our offer was accepted, Susan helped us through the buying process and we finally had “our house.” We moved in and felt immediately at home. When we look back over the last year, we realize that everything was working toward this purpose. The houses that we lost were because we were waiting for this right one.
In closing, we hope to never have to move again, but if we do there will be no question who we would call on. We can’t imagine going through that process without someone so trustworthy and sincere. She was hard working, sending listings and questions by email back and forth late into the night and never refusing to take us to see whatever we asked about. When she was out of town she arranged for another agent to help us.
We are selling our old house and of course she will be our agent. If we know of anyone buying or selling, we would insist that they call on her. She was just the greatest tool that we had in our search and we both feel BLESSED to have worked with her.
